For the oysters, wouldn't it be better to use absinthe because "Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder?"

Sorry, but if you have to put the Lobster shell on the side for me to know it's Lobster Mac and Cheese, you clearly haven't put in enough LOBSTER! LOL! Recipe looks good; I will increase Lobster meat though. Thank you for posting!

  • asdfjklasdfjkl1988 on February 14, 2022

Wow I love how the dishes mostly don’t need a knife even. Great for when you’re dating a Latina and you’re expecting the first ‘so what are we’ convo that night and don’t want knives at the table! ♥️

  • Rob R. on February 15, 2022

Made the Cherry Chicken Roll for mo shíorghrá tonight, and it was a total hit. I didn't even end up making any sides, and I'm glad I didn't. It was so filling I can barely finish the roll lol. Picking at my last bites as I type this. Personally I think I went a little heavy with the balsamic in the sauce, and a little heavy on the oregano; but in my boyfriend's words "this time you knocked it out of the park." Wanted to make the Rockefeller too, but the store was out of oysters. This is definitely a dish im going to make again. Thank you Chef!

I made the prosciutto wrapped stuffed chicken with the green beans and your rice pilaf for valentine's day and OMG my husband and I were blow away! This was superb!

  • Vera on March 7, 2022

… and by lovely, I mean cheap!

  • 100 Days MIC on March 7, 2022

What an annoying voice. Stop going up and down like a yoyo…it makes you too hard to listen to. Your food looks great but just can't listen to that. The only way I can watch these is put it on mute and read the captions. NOT much fun.
