Thank you all for your support of the channel – I hope you had a Happy New Year!
can't help thinking he would make a good villain in a superman or batman movie
I believe SBF should walk out of there a free Hotel.
It is stupid for him to have pled guilty. Blame it all on the ones that pled guilty already.
The parents and the other "executives" of Alameda and FTX should be charged as well. They all knew what was going on!
Democrates are corrupt
"The world will judge me as it will…". Ummm…No: The world has already judged you and found you guilty as hel*! I hope this guy is not able to garner any useful political influence from the millions of depositors funds he gave to politicians and I really hope he goes to hardcore prison for over 100 years! What a putz…
You moved offices for the new year. You must have gotten a promotion!!
Can't wait to get all the fud behind us and green candles engulf my portfolios!
he is playing the game, to loosen the noose. All criminals do that.
Not surprised π Interesting to see what his Defense will be!?
None of this matters. We all know he is guilty and will go to jail.
What's more important is that anyone who took this dirty money needs to give it back or face the consequences as retail customers
Should be first in the queue to get their assets back as they never gave permission to have it stolen and big company investors should get nothing as they did no homework.
No plea deal. Max him out with prison time. Ellison can get the prosecution over the specific intent hurdle.
This case feels like it's going up and down thanks for keeping up with this and giving all of use great information
Narcissists can never take Blame from their mistakes
I will play devil's advocate here. The customers sent money to FTX, and SBF then lost it through Alameda. But isn't that part of the business? When people send money to a professional investor don't they say to the investor and themselves that "hey, here is some money, do whatever you want with it and try to make me more money, but if the investments go south into dingoland that is the risk I take."? Of course, this does not excuse the breaking of campaign finance laws, but doesn't it excuse Sam's frittering away $Billions because the investors were too dumb to not stop throwing money at him?
he done nothing wrong .
peple just greedy
Was waiting for your video. Thanks for the update. Love your vids. Happy New Year 2023
It is a common tool to buy more time to plead not guilty in the end if he takes it to trial he will have to plead guilty because he will get a life sentence if he loses
A not guilty plea it is used all the time for the defendant to buy more time if he takes it to trial he will lose and get a life sentence automatically eventually he will plead guilty Iβm sure his lawyers informed him that or not guilty plea is a mistake when he takes it to trial

everything is going to plan. I won't be surprised if he gets a superseded indictment adding more ppl to the conspiracy and/or more charges. It's a common practice to plead not guilty at the magistrate level, once plead not guilty it moves to the district judge. if they plea guilty at the magistrate's side the prosecutor is hold all the cards and has no room to negotiate
Great channel! Only way I keep up to date with the fix crash
First reaction is pissed off right, but….let them drag this out, the longer it goes the more will be exposed. Plus nobody is sharing the wallets or where it all went yet….follow the money as always. Keep bringing it girl, love the content.
He has nothing to lose. He might as well try his luck and drag down as many others as he can. Why suffer alone?
His trial was just set for October, and I wonβt be surprised if it gets postponed. Congrats on all the growth to your channel, Raven! Well deserved.
Sam may argue in the trial that Caroline tempted him with promises of sexual favors if he agreed to "lend" her customer funds, which she then incompetently lost or outright stole.
The longer he drags this out, the more people they will start to investigate, including his parents.
