It's always best to check twice for weather before traveling
Obvious Southwest has big problems with leadership. Delays are expected during holiday travel and bad weather, but to this extent is reflection of Southwest leadership. All other airlines managed to get thur it, at an acceptable time frame consider the weather conditions. This is a big red flag, stay away. They had a passenger get suck out a window in 2018 because piece of plane that should have been screwed in properly after a maintenance check hit the window. Anyone that just wants to blame the holidays and weather, is probably part of the SW leadership team, shifting blame.
It was -42 in Denver, if that's not a reason to call out I don't know what is! Wtf did these people expect?

If the services are available, you can fly anywhere at anytime. However toss in an extremely traveled holiday season, a severe snow storm and below subzero weather along with thousands of persons that decide to travel during the most horible time of the year and you could say this could be a mess any day of the week. This may maybe a leadership issue but it's not just a leadership issue the above factors reflect external issues that warrant an internal structure review of what can't or what could have been done internally to facilitate, rectify or smooth over the entire process. It appears that everyone got fed up and walked out. People are not easy to work with, add the level of frustration that this whole scenario has caused and its a dish everyone will want to pass up. It's unfortunate for all involved. I remember my retail days, it didn't matter what you said, people want to hear, what they wanted to, despite the obvious.
Why don't the airlines mail the baggage to the people instead of them sitting around looking for it? Think about it 🧐🤔 also why did they even book passengers when they knew this storm was coming? Think about it 🤔🧐. The people that were traveling knew that this storm was coming. Why did they go? Think about it 🤔🤔. All them people sitting around in the airport they could have stayed home and FaceTime their families. Think about it 🤔🧐 at least they would have been at home and warm and eating that Christmas food. With technology today it would have been easier for them to FaceTime someone during the storm. Think about it 🧐🤔. So everybody got what they deserve for being so stupid. Think about it 🤔🤔😂😂🤣😂😂 that's all people do is complain when they could have solved the problem by just staying home doing this bad weather. Think about it 🤔🧐🤣😂😂 this isn't nothing but talk and all y'all forget about it in the week well let's make it a couple weeks because New Year's is coming up

you get what you pay for. Southwest planes are a bus with wings… Add the fact that the weather (which we cannot control btw) was horrendous and that its holiday season, supply chain issues, work force shortages, people wearing masks, not getting vax's, global warming, monkey pox, computer hacks and whatever other EXCUSES Americans can come up with. US has to get it together very sad days
