In my personal experience we are basically at a place in my country where a lot of us can say “Hey, I have a mental health issue” and people are cool with it. But for boys, men, older people in general and most of all people moving here being raised with a different cultural background – they probably disagree with me. Scandinavia.

Yes, emotional imbalance must not be stigmatized, however, it ought not be allowed to be weaponized publicly against your own family (Harry) or used as a weapon against you by your own spouse (Meghan). Mental illness needs to be handled w dignity n care, not used as a tool by a power thirsty golddigger. Harry is the last person who should be the face of bringing respect to mental health issues. He needs rescuing from his abuser.

I've lived with depression and anxiety since a young child who was molested by a stepfather for years..yet denied it because I was a strong single woman in the Air Force and had to be strong…and when it happened by a peer I blamed myself and didn't seek help until 55yrs old…a lifetime of struggling with myself…not 1 healthy relationship with a man! I never felt safe and Oprah it was your words/guests that got me thru some of the worst times…thank you..Trevor you are so awesome…
