France’s defence minister arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday (December 28) to discuss further military support for Ukraine. Maria Zolkina, political analyst at Democratic Initiatives Foundation, gives her analysis. “The most urgent needs for Ukraine are air defence systems”, she said.
