  1. I will never understand the logical leap of people feeling the most powerful person in the United States should never release their taxes, but federal government employees must release theirs to obtain their security clearances.

  2. So, trump lost $31.7 million and $32.1 million in the two years before entering the White House. Once in the White House he was able to use that position to cut his losses to $12.8 million the first year and the next year using the office of the presidency to his financial advantage he made $24.4 million. The next year his position as president only netted him $4.4 million. Then COVID hit and his hotels and golf courses were losing money again. No wonder he fought so hard to avoid imposing any COVID restrictions. It was costing him millions. Trump sacrificed the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans to prevent himself from losing money. That's what these tax returns show.

    That was partly due to the fact that he required secret service stay at his hotels and billed government.
    And when he was doing negotiating and favoring his own business deals with foreign dignitaries while on official business.
