48:40 This part was hard for me to watch I can't even imagine what the cameramans are feeling while they're filming this. Kudos to the them who has to endure so many things just to educate and make us aware on how beautiful and important the planet is.

Thank you Netflix and to everyone behind the Our Planet series. It made me realize how as humans, we must not only think for ourselves but also for the other living species in our planet. And that every action has its consequences.

Jesus the fact that the human population at doubled in 50 years is frightening.

Balance is probably the most fundamental concept in this weird existence we live in.

We are tipping the scales in an egregious way that hurts my soul.

  • Hans Stein on May 4, 2022

I hate the constant guilt tripping ,bit that's what Attenborough has sold himself to. 90 percent of the people here commenting may have the combined carbon footprint of this man

Watched this with my mom today, I am not ashamed to say that I cried multiple times. Thank you for sharing with us the better part of our world- even if it comes with it鈥檚 dangers. I truly do wish that us, as humans, become aware of the danger that we are putting these beautiful creatures in, and realize that we have to change for the better.

  • :] on May 12, 2022

The scene of walrus made me literally cry. Often i can restrain myself from crying but in that scene, i can't help myself but to just let out my emotion. I even told myself to not cry, and i end up having a pain in my throat from repressing that feeling.
