Put them all under oath before the Republican House starting in January. Let them lie and/or refuse to testify. Then use their Congressional authority to enforce Contempt of Congress/Lying to Congress under oath. Have the Sergeant at Arms order the Capitol Police to arrest and jail them in the Capitol Jail below the Capitol building until they tell the truth or decide to testify.
