Leaving the team before the end of the season shows just how childish Carr is. Leaders don't abandon their team during the season. What happens if Stidman gets injured? I honestly think 9 seasons is enough and would love to see Brady lead the Raiders to a Super Bowl win in his final season but you don't abandon your team regardless if you're playoff bound or not.
They should have kept Bisaccia as the HC there in LV

McDouchebag is the problem in Vegas. Reading a tweet saying Carr must be the problem because of 14 interception doesn't reflect on watching actual games to see what really happened! Carr and Adams were duped. The play calling during Raiders games this year was atrocious. 6th grade football coaches would've called a better game. Carr is clearly a scapegoat here and its appalling. This is not about the QB having the best opportunity to win. If Carr gets injured at the end of the season, the team is on the hook for the rest of his contract. This was a prove to the team contract. Carr gets $5 million if the Raiders cut him a couple days after the Super Bowl. Otherwise, they own him over 40 million. The Raiders will bench Carr for the rest of the season and cut him. He is done.
