The Redlands Symphony Orchestra will conclude its 2022-23 season with “Vive La France!,” a concert featuring music by French composers, 8 p.m. Saturday, May 13.

The performance, in the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel, will feature guest soloist David Shifrin, clarinet, in the “Première rhapsodie for clarinet and orchestra” by Claude Debussy, according to the orchestra’s website.

The concert also features Maurice Ravel’s “Sonatine pour orchestre,” a piece originally for solo piano. The Redlands Symphony will play a new orchestration of the work by Ransom Wilson, the orchestra’s music director and conductor, according to the orchestra’s website.

Also on the program is music by Germaine Tailleferre, Gabriel Pierné, Camille Saint-Saëns and Jacques Ibert.

Tickets start at $15 and are available at redlandssymphony.com, by calling 909-587-5565 and at the door.

The University of Redlands Memorial Chapel is on the University of Redlands campus, 1200 E. Colton Ave.
