Russian forces attacked cities in eastern and southern Ukraine Tuesday as they try to claim the city of Bakhmut. Russian President Vladimir Putin told state TV he is ready to negotiate some acceptable outcomes with everyone involved, and accused Kyiv of refusing to talk. Ian Lee has more.

Meanwhile in real life Putin basically said that Ukraine should sign unconditional surrender. Lavrov stated the same. The sooner Ukraine signs unconditional surrender the better. The war is lost by Ukraine anyway. Hitler's Germany also refused to admit defeat until Hitler killed himself. Then Keitel signed unconditional surrender. Ukraine is on life support and can't survive for long. Half of Ukraine has a blackout. Russians destroyed almost all hardware Ukraine had at the beginning of the war. They also killed most trained and motivated Ukrainian soldiers. The equipment Ukraine gets from the West is often substandard or not fully suitable for this war. For example IFVs are replaced by lightly armored vehicles for anti guerrilla warfare. Regular heavy artillery systems are replaced by light M777 which is simply not designed to shoot hundreds of shells a day. Tanks are replaced by older models often in a very poor condition. Ukrainians has to compensate these problems by throwing more and more cannon fodder into a meat grinder which only hastens their final defeat.
The Ukrainian military lost over 170 troops in its attempted assault on the western border of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR). The Ukrainian forces continues self-destructive attempts at storming Russian allied forces positions. Literally now information has come that the Ukrainian forces suffered huge losses upon its assault in the area of the communities of Novolyubovka, Nevskoye and Makeyevka. As estimates show, over 170 Ukrainian militants were eliminated in that area.
Ukrainian troops continue attempts at breaking through the defensive line, despite weather conditions and difficulties with logistics supplies but the Russia-Donbass allied forces are successfully repelling all the attacks. In that area on the frontline, near the communities of Svatovo and Kremennaya, the situation "is tense and complex but has not undergone any significant changes.
On December 27 the Ukrainian military kept redeploying additional forces to the area of Kremennaya and Svatovo in the LPR. Kiev regime’s troops were being reinforced largely with servicemen trained abroad and foreign mercenaries.
