WEBFI-TECH-BREAKING! Tesla Unveils NEW Fleet of Tesla Semi Trucks And The Last Seems Different

Tesla has quietly unveiled a fleet of new ‘Tesla Semi’ electric trucks as part of its new financial result report.

Electrek notes that Tesla surprisingly didn’t comment on the status of Tesla Semi production in its earnings report today, but it did release a new image of a small fleet of four brand new units.

This is the most Tesla Semi trucks that we have seen at the same place ever.

These four new Tesla Semi trucks appear to be parked at Tesla’s new Megacharger station at Gigafactory Nevada, where the automaker has deployed some low-volume production capacity.

Look at these new pictures of Tesla Semi. Do you also notices that the last one seems flat top or mid roof? If yes, could this one be a class 6-7 model rated model?

I don't like how the last one looks compared to the higher top. Exciting report though. Thanks for sharing.

According to Elon on the earnings call, there is no plans to make the small compact car.Tesla feels they have enough on their plate with the models they currently have. This is a smart move by Tesla. The current model lines are using up the batteries and resources.Demand for current models is more than they can produce.

It was very clear at the Annual Event on the 26th, they don't have the necessary parts (mostly chips) to build any additional vehicles. To have serial production of the Cybertruck or SemiTruck they would have to reduce production of the current models in production. That would reduce overall production since a new production line is always slower during initial ramp up. They also said that battery production was not a problem now, it would be the next constraint once the chip issues were resolved.

I think that it's important that they are finally moving forward with building the Tesla Semi, but not building the Battery Day $25K model is a disappointment. I suspect that they will still move forward with building the small $25K model in China for the Asian and European markets however.

I'm wondering about the practicality of the driver's center-seat position, even if the truck is meant for local-use only (when two drivers aren't needed).

To move that much weight with a battery is a great accomplishment..the media doesn’t mention a word about it because this is too smart for media pea brains

Cybertruck and Roadster will also remain unseen till 2023.

They will start deliveries IF THEY GET APPROVED. With Germany that's far from certain. They are approaching the limit of the test cars they can produce and when they reach 2000 cars they get to stop again. I see that as a greater chance than that they are approved any time soon. So Teslas plans and announcements mean absolutely NOTHING to Germany and it's bureaucrats. I would bet a lot of money they don't deliver cars in March. Hope I'm wrong but it is doubtful IMHO. If it happens it will only be because Tesla is putting the pressure on. Putting cars in the parking lot and telling customers that they should get their cars starting in March puts the media pressure on Germany. But even after approval there are agencies that have to sign off on a bunch of inspections and things. Approval of the construction isn't permission to produce cars. I've been in construction for a long time now and I've been in this dance myself. And once all of that is done the law suits and challenges will start. So get your breaking news tag ready.. LOL

BEV Semi trucks make sense for the delivery sector and for buses in urban routes with short working shifts, not for long distance hauling and heavier payloads. Here in Europe compact BEV buses been driving around for some years without all that hype.

Elon said 2025 for “Model 2”…. like what do people not get about this?… sure the 4680s could move ahead of schedule… but early 2022… thats just insane to expect… and they still need to get dry electrode working…

Maybe the Tesla Semi will be a really big hit, even a game changer in the near future.
