Didn't a Manchin have to answer questions on Capitol Hill about jacking up the price of Epi pens?
Political agenda. Blatantly obvious. Judge is a tool.
can’t believe this guy still has fanboys
besides raising price of a drug he has rights to, what is illegal that he has to return profits? im missing something here
It' s not enough
Free the bro!!!
Capitalism always wins… until the elites get a boo boo. Sad people really think this was ethical karma. Sadly, far from it. I don't blame him for jacking up the price to get back at insurance companies. But the securities fraud was beta.
valeant pharmaceuticals literally did the same thing. Martin was just a scapegoat smh.
He might be ban here in the US but not in other countries
The only reason he's in jail is because he's not part of the big pharma cabal
Wow they totally are destroying the free market eh
Real inflation is >30% !! CPI calculation makes trump's business dealings look honest !
Although what he did was immoral, it was not illegal. How can he be ordered to return the profits of money he made legitimately? Am I missing something here?
Uh…he spent it on blow, prostitutes, and Wu-Tang albums. It’s gone, man! All gone.
This sends a message and I hope America is able to continue defending itself from these crooks who exploit the system in this way. Good job America

I heard about that album alot of people wondered if it would ever be released since it was seized by the government. The Justice Department did sell it but did not disclose who bought the album or how much they paid for it citing a confidentiality provision included in the sale.
Too many psychopaths loose.
So..Insulin..You asshats gonna report on that!?
