    Great discussion

6 kids? Lol this mana pullout game is weak. But luckily for his wallet so is his pullout game in Tesla stock 😂

  • Julie St.A on January 4, 2022

My base case is way above your bull case estimates and I think phase 2 construction of Texas/Berlin will start mid-year.

Ford is the future according to CNBC today and check out how it’s stock doubled!!!! Haha

  • Shane of Canada on January 4, 2022

In terms of Tesla's ability to leap frog other OEM's in manufacturing, I attribute a lot of it to the openness they have with ALL employees. If you want to know how to assemble a car faster, ask the people putting it together.

Lol all these comments sound like bots

  • bred nbudr on January 4, 2022

I have no doubt Tesla production and profits will continue to rise, but in regards to the stock price, would the looming market issues stump that? We are estimating 1500-2000 in the current market climate, but what about what we have to deal with in the summer? Thoughts?

  • Aggelos G on January 4, 2022

Is Ark sandbagging the TSLA price target? I think that if they gave the real price target people would just invest all in TSLA and would not buy the Ark.

  • Aggelos G on January 4, 2022

I have 3 kids. I believe that we need to give this positive view about the family and what a great experience it is. Young people should think about it more. Also it's great to hear how other parents educate their kids. It would be awesome to have a deep understanding of how Musk educate his kids.

MONSTROUS….Why not look up the definition of the word. This type of incorrect use of words is stupid. Is this really a serious channel or not? ?? MONSTROUS, INSANE???

I think Tesla could hit 2k (non-split) by end of year 2022.

  • David Ahn on January 5, 2022

Great point re: demand growing faster than production ramp; demand rises in S-curve but hard production to keep pace d/t battery constraints

  • philip Alan on January 5, 2022

Everything is possible provided we don’t go on a recession this year Could fall back to 800

  • Austen H on January 5, 2022

Where does the 30% gross margins come from? When I check Fidelity research they are showing gross profits of ~10%. Isn’t profit and margin the same thing?

  • UncleGreatness on January 5, 2022

Elon said eventually everyone will produce EVs, but Tesla's advantage will be in manufacturing!

  • Julian Hocking on January 5, 2022

Top job Dave, thanks a heap Matty 👍

  • Tam Pelfrey on January 5, 2022

I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in space in general or probably just naïve, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I'd say that more emphasis should be put into trading since it is way profitable than hodling. Tradlng went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 12.5 BTC when I started at 3.4 BTC in just few weeks implementing trades with signals and insights from Mike Conroy…

  • Matt Schwab on January 5, 2022

    Great interview!

  • J K on January 5, 2022

My strategy is 100% long TSLA until it splits – and then trade the split (not the price). If it spits 1:5 then I'll use 1/5 of my new holdings to buy the longest term options I can. Repeat over and over until Mars is colonized and then pass my wealth on to my descendants.

  • Adrian Rev. on January 5, 2022

can you do a $Brise video next?

  • Rebecca Flory on January 5, 2022

While bitcoin’s wild <price movements might seem random, they are often driven by the same fundamental catalysts as in the traditional markets. Some claim bitcoin is impervious to shocks that affect global finance; it’s a hedge against things like inflation and a sure bet against tides of uncertainty. Moves within traditional finance can boost or burn bitcoin’s price because they determine how easy it is for financial epicenters like Wall Street to invest in bitcoin…Keeping all this in mind, it is important to trade with the right strategy when going into the crypto world. Kelvin McCain's Signals has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio to 19 BTC lately

  • Piotr Waszut on January 5, 2022

Do you think we will see another split with price between 1500-2000? With the growing market it would be beneficial to have more investors on board with the outlook for more gains between 2022-2025 comming from China and Europe.

  • Andrew Radford on January 5, 2022

As long as the share market doesn't implode or we can wait for it to be multiple Amazon's out the other end in a decade worst case. Otherwise the shares will reflect sales eventually.
    I'm all in.

Matt, on Tesla’s efficient use of their R&D capital: “It shouldn’t be possible, but they’re doing it.”

  • RogerM on January 5, 2022

Many are quick to say "Tesla is a Tech Company", to justify being overpriced. And refuse to check the current stock value and profit margins of a dominant Automaker as Toyota, to have an idea what could really value Tesla. Even Toyota had a Robot division, and a robot that played a Music Instrument…not a guy in a spandex suit dancing in the Bot presentation.

  • Morbid T on January 5, 2022

Tesla is an expensive stock, These clickbait price prediction videos remind me of the Doge phenomenon. At the risk of missing out, I think I will just unsub now.

  • Matthew Chard on January 5, 2022

This is a taste of margins when Tesla starts to pull levers on FSD, gaming, entertainment, robo taxi, more factories.
If Tesla stops selling vehicles, ASP is no longer a usable metric

  • sirus312 on January 5, 2022

dave you celebrated and cost a lot of people money its crashing!

  • LiteStuff LLC on January 5, 2022

if you are going to appear to be evaluating rather than just a advertiser – you might include a few negatives. Chinese EV makers will move to the USA and Europe. The 4680 cell has not been perfected delaying Cybertruck, Semi, Roadster and enhanced 3xys. Recalls are putting serious pressure on Tesla to do repairs upon existing backlogs; not to mention the millions if not billions lost. Without 4680; Tesla is going to feel a lot of heat on price, service, reputation. They may even be forced to buy batteries from competitor BYD to move forward with delayed designs.

  • Wilhelm Cazimirovici on January 5, 2022

Dave, when will you make a video on what's best to do before a recession? Don't you think is the right moment?

  • Mihoko Symons on January 5, 2022

Looks like Dan might be a regular here. Love it 😊

  • Jg Rsb on January 5, 2022

My back of napkin calculations indicate 2022 Tesla will make 1.9 million cars and in 2024 will make 3.1 million cars.

  • a b on January 5, 2022

man, you keep churning out the good stuff, much appreciated!

  • Pies Thighsnfries on January 5, 2022

Shame on overpopulating the planet! We need to get down to a sustainable level.

  • Gian solomon on January 5, 2022

Considering ICE is Tesla’s competition (lack of other EV production), the recent feel-good, high-profile EV announcements from GM, F, Daimler, etc, becomes advertising for Tesla in 2022

  • The Motor Trade on January 5, 2022

What no one talks about is Tesla's current "cool" factor, which is spurring demand. Eventually as Tesla becomes a volume producer of the 3 and Y, "cool" will start eroding – just as it did when MBZ and BMW went from selling 100k cars in the USA to 400k. When almost anyone can own one, desirability – given the price – decreases which gives the perception they are overpriced for something now relatively common. One way to lessen this impact is to retire the and y and replace with all-new vehicles to rekindle demand. Nobody aspires to a Corolla and Camry which is fast what the Y and 3 are becoming.

Matt absolutely needs to get a proper microphone, because the one he is using now just don't do him justice. His voice really deserves a better vessel to reach all of us. It sounds just a little better than a plastic cup with a string attatched to the bottom.. lol. I am truly impressed with Tesla's numbers, and the stock price did a proper jump because of it. We are happy investors.

  • Ray Price on January 7, 2022

Not convinced they're going to have a monster 2022 if they can't sort out their supply chain issues. It's over a year wait for an X right now.

  • glecy joy abella on January 7, 2022

  • Gary Tan on January 8, 2022

great content you've been pushing this past few videos Dave!

  • Domingo Fernandez on January 8, 2022

Fast nickels are better than slow dimes, so even if they lower prices and they get 5 cents for every unit vs dime which is more profitable ? ok math nerds do it. You sell 10k units and earn 10 cents per unit or 25k units earn 5 cents which one is the most profitable which business you rather have.

  • Anton Knysh on January 9, 2022

You might interviewed them, can you interview a bear and ask what they think? I want to hear both sides so I can judge for myself. You are knocking it out of the park with your podcast. Keep it up!
