Start by installing and activating the Drafts Scheduler plugin.

Then go to Posts, Draft Scheduler to setup the schedule.

You need to select the post type and order or you can choose them randomly.

When you hit the schedule drafts button they will be scheduled and then you can press undo to unset the schedule for the posts.
