    too much of literally ANYTHING is bad for you guys, adopt a varied diet and reap the rewards from all types of foods in moderation. if you eat a whole bulb of garlic of course it stops being beneficial to your health and turns into more of a laxative XD just as eating a 10 egg omelette everyday is going to mess up your cholesterol…anyway im sure most of you already knew that lol

    Eggs are also one of the most affordable things to add your budget. Even with price increases, you get so much out of just one egg, and it'll probably cost you less than 50 cents (depending where you live). Pastured eggs are best found at local farms or farmer's markets. You do have to ask, though.
