at 23:55 you can tell they looking to pin this on someone not really who did it. listen close. we need a fall guy. not who did it. thats whats wrong here. This guy might even be a prop to pin this on someone cause the case went cold. I dont want to speculate but this looks like they pinning a crime not finding who did it. i hope i am wrong but this murder is taking way to long to figure out that only happens to colored people colored cases weird.
