From someone who's not directly a Colts fan.. I'm actually a fan of Ballard as GM. The tone he sets, the culture he appears to display, the positivity he brings. He's done some things very well, & always seems to be trying to do the right thing in terms of team building. I don't put everything negative at his feet with the players appearing to not take the right amount of accountability & Irsay (also a huuuuge fan of as a person) having his hands on approach.
