The man has been charged with offences including stalking, acts to endanger life, health or safety, deprivation of liberty and home burglary.
He is due to face Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police Commissioner Col Blanch said the significant number of images and videos found on devices suggested โfar moreโ alleged victims could be identified.
โThe special crime team are currently working through those images to see if we can identify more victims, so it might turn out to be much larger than what it currently is,โ he told ABC radio.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
Mr Blanch urged online dating site users to take precautions, including meeting in public places and letting friends know where they were going.
โThere are evil men out there on social media platforms looking for people to attack. That is a reality,โ he said.
โThis is not about blaming victims, because people should be able to date and do it freely and happily. But there are people in this world who are out there to do the wrong thing, and the quicker I can lock them up, the better it is.โ
