Summary of this tutorial:

Start by installing the Email User plugin under Plugins, Add New.

With the plugin installed and activated there will be an Email Users area added to your menu items.

You will be able to send individual messages to specific users or you can send a message to user groups.

You will be able to add your subject and message, and even select specific user groups to send your message to.

If you go under Email Users, User Settings you can even prevent emails from sending to specific users.

I once used Mailgum to send out newsletter and contact form subscription mails. But this one also looks good.

well, great. but how I add a blog subscription button or pop up to collect their mail? do you have any video on that?
I want to add a button where they can put their email. Wanna know how to collect them and want to send email (manually like your video or automatically if there is any way) to them about my new posts. How I can do that?

Doesn't work with the new updates of WP.

This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.
